The admin templates on themeforest are awesome! They are very attractive and innovative :)

 

My question is can someone point out how to set one up.. I know I would need to create a database to store user information and I would need some PHP to display some information, but I do not know how to implement it into the theme.. Are there any tutorials out there about setting up an admin theme, can someone help me wrap my head around what is needed, and how complicated it is?
