Javascript Problems

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am having trouble on a site I am working on. I want to have the news section (id:”newsticker”) to scroll, and also display the time (id:”clock”). The problem I am having is that when the newsticker starts the time disappears. I am not sure wether this is because I have 2 javascripts running on one page, or if the newsticker is pushing the time off screen. The time displays correctly when the newsticker is removed.

The links are as follows;

Site: http://www.appledore-primary.devon.sch.uk/

Newsticker : http://www.appledore-primary.devon.sch.uk/.../newsticker.js/

Clock : http://www.appledore-primary.devon.sch.uk/clock.js/

P.s. I know the site does not look as it should in anything other than IE at the moment. But that’s not the no1 priority at the moment.

Of topic mate: What font are you using, as in what is displayed in IE, as the font differs in FF. Is it Tahoma, as my font type looks different in IE and FF!!
