The Range new website

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Does anyone know what therange.co.uk was built with. A client of mine likes the look and feel of the new site and to be honest so do I. Is there a way of finding what it was built with, Im thinking magento but im not sure ?????

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated

thanks

Baz

The front end is HTML/CSS/JS, so what backend it runs on doesn't matter. You could have the same look and layout running on any eCommerce package, assuming they give you full control over theming.

It's a custom platform: http://www.btexpedite.com/services-solutions/ecommerce/frescacommerce-platform/

Is it just me or do the colours not really suit what they sell? Blue/Orange makes me think of technology, not bath products or furniture.

Yeah it's a custom build. You can use the Wappalyzer extension for Firefox and Google Chrome to detect the software used on any website.
