February 16, 201214 yr I'm trying to create a homepage where a static image (first frame of the video) will take up the composition, and when the cursor is hovered over a button in the menu it will loop it's corresponding video sequence until the cursor is off the button. So if I had an image of a 3D room, and then I hovered over a button, the image is replaced/overlaid with a video of shapes will appear into the identical 3D room in the image. I've no idea which are the best methods to use but I would have some sort of idea using Flash. I'm aware of basic flash movie clips and using the timeline in the 'Over 'element of a button, but unsure if this is the best method when using larger and higher resolution videos (although will be around 5-10 seconds long each). We are meant to be using HTML, Java and Processing, so if I am able to incorporate these languages into my plan then that would be brilliant.
