February 8, 201214 yr I would imagine the fact that your DTD, head and the start of a page body are appearing twice will not help where IE is concerned. FF, Chrome et al will compensate for it but IE will just throw a hissy fit. Which I suppose it is entitled to do in the circumstances. Edited February 8, 201214 yr by nfc212
