i have this slider code in my header

slidedeck( 2030, array('width' => '50%', 'height' => '220px' ) );
 }
?>

 

however, it starts on the every left hand side of the page. how can i make it begin about 20px / 20% into the page so that it is aligned with other objects?

Have you tried

margin-left: 20%;

 

I'm not really sure what the functions you call actually do but there's no margin rule in the code so this is what jumps to mind.
