Hi im in the process of designing my own site, i have created a simple log in form with sql but i am really struggling in getting my navigation to work, i have created a header seperate to my body, this is to be shown on all pages, thier are two seperate headers with different navigations, one with logged in members and one with non logged in members links.

What i would like to do is on the members links when they are clicked i would like to link to display in the body of my page.

How do i go about doing this i have been struggeling for a while with this now any help would be greatfull!!!
