Creating Affiliate Program?

Hi All

 

I have a client who sells sports equipment on the web and he has asked me to set up an affiliate program for him. My client is actually a manufacturer of sports equipment and so has other websites advertising his products.

 

Any website that links to his website and buys a product from him, he wants to able to track. This is so the refer can recieve a cut of the sale.

 

Please note that this is something that just anyone can sign up for. He only has one resller that will be using this affiliate system. I do not need to know about sign ups for affiliate programs etc.

 

Does anyone know how i would go about creating an affiliate program?
