Hi there,

You knew that my language is not English. First of all I want from you to help me in the language. Give me good websites and tell me about your favourite programs on TV. Don't forget to correct any mistake that you will see in my topics.

Hi Discovery

I recommend you go to the BBC iplayer and choose anything you find interesting there. It's a great resource.

Please see corrections above :)

That's a great idea from notbanksy, I'd recommend you do that as well as there is some great stuff on there (Torchwood, Doctor Who) — and it's very British.

My favourite TV programs are mainly American, though. Battlestar Galactica, Heroes, Lost, Mythbusters — to name a few.

Wow! thanks a lot. I hope you always correct my English mistakes. :air_kiss:

Your English is good and it is much better than some native speakers I know. :good:

Watching TV and reading books is a great way to learn a foreign language. Don't be shy or afraid; practising is the best way to learn and improve!

If you ever have any particular questions, please feel free to PM me. I love grammar, spelling, etc. - I once even considered becoming an ESOL teacher after I got my English degree - so I would be happy to help you out. :D
