August 30, 201114 yr Hi to Everyone, I started one website recently.. It is also a Forum.. I dont have any member except me.. Even though nearly 30 persons visited my Website daily no one is register.. Please suggest how to get db members
August 30, 201114 yr Forum's are very very hard to launch from scratch. Nigh on impossible without a previous community of sorts coming in. People attract people and I think it's unwise to lead with a Forum right away. A Forum should be something you add later, when the readership of your site is crying out for it, when your commenting system isn't good enough anymore. Stick to the rest of the website. Keep producing content, bringing in new visitors, get them to interact, build up a community then when you have 100+ regulars think about opening up a Forum
August 31, 201114 yr You must create some forum and thread topics relatively popular. Due to the topics you will start getting hits more on the popular topics and then people may get registered to enter their replies.

I started a successful forum a couple of years ago, simply by registering a domain name, installing the software and starting the conversations. I created 10 accounts and posted to all of them to generate a little bit of activity, and I asked all my friends to create accounts and post (which they did, but only for about a week each.) If the subject matter is popular enough and the quality of the conversations is good enough, you stand a good chance. You may find it hard to get traffic initially, but once your forum is being posted in regularly, you'll start ranking quite well in the SERPS for your main keywords (usually +forum).
