Hey guys im new here but i need to know a little about this and hope someone can help me!

 

as a project for school im going to make a homepage that will have a photo competition so im going to include functions such as membership and gallery and uploading pictures and a forum!

 

is there any tutorials on how to do this for free online? like youtube or something maybe? or just text could work too!

i know that php is for membership atleast but can it make good gallery stuff too like deviantart kinda thing? or can html make a thing like that just with alot of linking and such?

 

awwwwh my mind is jumping all around please someone help me? ^^

You can chose to use php to import your pictures into a jquery script or you could just manually add the pictures..
