Hi all,

I am starting a website that is almost complete but i am making a feature on it that enables the users to input their cell phone numbers in to a database on the site and receive a text via the website at a later, designated time. I know i need software and probably a specific type of server. If any one has any insight on this please let me know. as well as code snippets or just any experience or insights. Thanks again

if you're interested in sending SMS in US or UK you can send a quote to www.iloopmobile.com how much such a service would cost. They have a REST api so it can be easily integrated with any web application.
