Do you have any experience with one of these systems? Which one should I choose in your opinion? What's the best quality/price value?

you should checkout Jira... it's the total shiznezz man... they make the most awesome dev tools ever! and the best bit is the integration between, tracker, wiki, code review, source view and build tool....
