It will use the lightbox effect to display an HTML page with user defined dimensions, so you can have your image, with text, seo friendly, and not compromise your lovely, valid html. Just thought I'd share that with you - I like it greybox

Not sure exactly what you mean by the above, but the script I am posting about does not trigger a popup window - it overlays the linked page in the same window with a lightbox effect. There's an example on the page I linked to.
