Basically, how do I add PHP?

 

Should I copy the <li>'s between the <ul></ul>'s innto a new docu and title it menu.html. Then add, the below in index;

 

<ul class="panels">

<?php include 'Menu.html'; ?>

</ul>

I've cracked it!

To make php page work it should be save as .php file...
