When you start to design a website do you always know straight from the beginning how it will end up looking like? I mean the main design. Or do you need the inspirational spark to strike you?

 

It seems I have to do something completely awful and sleep overnight to create something "good" later.

you know like this "work 8h - 16h on photoshop -> get frustrated -> shed some pissed off tears -> shift + delete -> go to bed -> sleep a 4 hour night" and only after all this everything is possibly going to be better with a completely different layout/design.

 

I guess it's because lack of experience, but I'd like to know if it's the same thing for you people. I hope it is ;)
