Problem with RSS feed slowing page load time

Hi everyone this is my first post.

 

I have never had this issue and was looking for some help in understanding or troubleshooting it.

At this site >> natashagray.co.uk << I have a content slider called bxslider but with the twitter feed using RSS to html to feed the twitter into the page it shows as being unstyled for a second or two.

 

Are there any suggestions on preventing this?
