Can anyone recommend an email unsubscribe script?

 

I need it to pull the recipients email address, then post it somewhere, so we know who's unsubscribed, and to then direct the user to a confirmation page.....

From where you want to pull the email addresses?

 

Usually you set up a subscription form on your web site. Visitors subscribe. You send them email with unsubscribe link in it to comply te CAN SPAM law.

 

Check this site. It is php mailing list software and follow up autoresponder script site. The software automatically inserts the unsubscribe link.
