HTML5 + Slideshow

Featured Replies

Hi Ive been asked to do a site with changing images on the home page.

The images have to fill the whole page and change every 30 seconds or so, with no user interaction - IE no arrows etc.

Something along the lines of this https://www.wetransfer.com/

Im familiar with javascript and php.

Or is the a way to do it with HTML 5 ?

Thanks

Alan.

I use Nivo Slider for all of my clients, Nivo Zoom is also good for displaying images.

The script for Nivo Slider is also very easy to incorperate regardless of your experience. It's all edited in the HTML, there is a pausetime which you can edit to pause for as long as you like. It's done in mili-seconds so 30 seconds would be 30000. You can also choose to show the directional buttons or not, edit these to true or false.

Lastly there is numerous options for the way you want each image to change, fade, fold, slidedown are just a few. Visit the website, I wouldn't go down the route of flash for this. It's pretty simple just using juery.

Hope this helps.
