I recently took over a new Webmaster position and am still in the dark and playing catch up on some of the things I should be able to do flawlessly. I do everything through a CMS, so I don't create stuff from scratch very often. I just need to know the spec for creating an html page, with these needs: Header, module in the middle with script. But the thing I am trying to get to is how big is the Background image going to need to be, I want the space on the sides of the page to contain logos of 30 to 100 car dealership logos vertically. The image is similar to the side bars you see on television for ESPN or something where it says ESPN HD down each side of the screen. Any knowledge would be helpful, and sorry for the bad description.
