Iphone will be functional turn on/off, locks slider, call menu with phone number, safari browser with email.

There are a few things I'd change.

First, that iPhone looks wrong. It's way too short.

The text shadow you used doesnt look very good to me, and it actually makes it harder for me to read.

Privacy/Terms links need to be styled

And that little mascot needs a neck?
