Accessing EXIF (keywords) data in jpg files

I have a large number of photos to which I have added keywords in the EXIF data. I would like to be able to search for those Keywords and return those files on a web page. This is mainly to do with photos of wildlife so e.g. I would like to be able to search for 'birds of prey' and return all those photos with the keyword 'birds of prey'.

 

Is there a way to do this?
