I can't get my pictures to show when using PHP with MySQL or coldfusio

Hi everyone

I've looked this question up but can't seem to find the answer.

whenever I try to make a dynamic site using PHP with MySQL or coldfusion the picture never show in the browser.

does anyone know what I'm doing wrong.

 

Im putting in the path to the folder where the images are and I've tried it using the url path and still onthing.

I'm using the server on my computer so am gathering its a configuration problem.
