April 16, 201016 yr Hey everyone. First off, let me say- I am totally ignorant. Utterly, and completely. I have never joined anything, be it a forum, a group etc, or talked about anything which I have less knowledge of. I will not pretend to be good at web design, norknow anything about it. I (unfortunately) may even ask totally stupid questions... But I'll try to ask them in as respectful and least annoying manner of possible. Because.. (and here's the crux) I am here to learn. And if anyone would be open to helping me along my way, be it with a trout-slap or linkage to a basic tutorial, I would be eternally grateful. -- Oh yeah, and the 'main' (boring) reason I am here is because my site looks an utter disgrace thanks to the limited design features Yola offers. I've tried- many times- to improve it, but each reincarnation still fails on a massive scale. Right now, the only awesome thing about it is the WIP banner I'm having designed. -- The only design software I have is that which comes from a Mac. The only extra software I have is Photoshop Elements. -- I think... That's it! Thanks for reading/listening

April 16, 201016 yr You could design the whole thing in photoshop but it would still need to be coded in an html editor or text editor. I'd like to help you out a bit so if you would send me a private message or e-mail me at will@pattonwebz.com and we can talk a bit about what kind of improvements you are thinking about and I can suggest to the best of my knowledge how to do it or where to learn.

April 20, 201016 yr Author Right, I'm under the impression that if I want to design my site with photoshop I should first design the layout, right? I've already got the header. And then, going from there, I should try and code it... Hmm. Food for thought here.
