Problems with site rendering in Flock

I'm having problems with how this site is rendering in Flock (v 1.2.7): HSI

 

The 'Getting Started' section with the three links underneath should be up beside the main image - this image and the three links are in a separate header.php file so I don't understand how this is falling down? Anyone know what's happening or how I can fix it?

also just noticed that when I rollover the 'Course Spotlight' link, it kind of knocks back the 'Welcome' text up above it, to a lighter weight...Again if anyone knows how to fix it this, help much appreciated, cheers :)
