yep, this is quite basic stuff (which makes me wonder why you have php mysql in your signature tbh)

No I understood how to fetch from the database but I was wondering if their is anyway of storing this in a $_SESSION just like it has with username,password,email.... < So I could call it on other pages just by using $_SESSION['fname'];

 

I tryed with the above example but it returns nothing.

 

This is basic stuff but until I can get the idea of retriveing further information from the database with the given criteria. I will not know.

Just to clarify, if you thought I was being offensive in my first post, I apologise, I just didn't really understand the question you were asking and assumed you didn't know how to pull the data out of the database
