Stupid php contact form won't work HelP!

Featured Replies

on my personal site www.motif.tv I have a php contact form , Works GREAT !

However I have tried to set up the same form on another site, I have installed all the files and left it to send the email to the same address as my personal site to try it out, Techinically the only difference is that I'm using an image as the submit button.

I can't figure out why it isn't working I have put it onto the form on this page

www.askdanny.co.uk/v1

my personal site where it works is www.motif.tv

If you have any idea what I've done wrong please please let me know

Thanks

Luke

paths to php files are www.askdanny.co.uk/v1/mailer.php

www.askdanny.co.uk/v1/formprocess.php

Thanks in advance

We can't see the php code in your files unless you post them here...

One thing you could try is to specify the location of the form processing script, even if it is the same page that contains the form:

<form id="feedback" method="post" action="path_to_file_here">

Apart from that, it's a puzzler....

Thanks for the advice, please find files attached I have tried your suggestion putting the url to the formprocess file and the mailer file with no dice.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Luke

index.php

formprocess.php

mailer.php

The emails now come through thanks to placing the path to the formprocess in the action tag of the form , however it redirects to a weird error page when the send button is hit ?

Any ideas what I need to do ?

Thanks
