2 jquery apps not working on same page

hi, I have a page whereby I am using jquery for my menu bar and a jquery smooth images scroll. The problem i have is getting them both to work on the same page! The menu bar was working fine until I included the scrollable images and now my lava lamp images and hover no longer works. Is there some compatibility problem with using 2 different sets of jquery/css on the same page or is there something I am missing from my page - I'm a novice at this!

 

Ive included my page and both sets of css, any advice would be appreciated
