Ordered list - formatting issue

I have an ordered list which is for a complaints procedure page.

 

The list items are long and frequently go to a second line.

 

The second line is starting underneath the number, whereas I'd like it to start under the text (as bullets work in word etc.)

 

Does anyone know how to make this happen?
