small css problem in Opera

Featured Replies

Hey,

I have implemented a so-called slider-script (javascript / jQuery) on my site, www.outcasts.no. It works fine in pretty much any browser except Opera, where the drop down text box crumbles up and looks awful.. Now, how do I fix this?

url: http://www.outcasts.no

Edit like this in styles.css:-

.sliderImage a span, .sliderImage span {
  	position: absolute;
  	left: 0;
  	padding: 10px 13px;
  	width: 860px;/*100%;*/
  	background-color: #000;

  	filter: alpha(opacity=90);
  	-moz-opacity: 0.9;
  	-khtml-opacity: 0.9;
  	opacity: 0.9;

  	font-size: 100%;
font-weight: normal;
  	color: #ffffff;
  	display: block;/*none;*/
  	top: 0;
}

I used one image to test the slider and it made the text 860px wide in Opera, but I had to change display: none; to display: block; so I don't know if this affects anything else.
