Does anybody know how to do it the easiest way? I've found function fdf_* @ php.net, but it's not that well documented. Since I'm a newbie in all that PHP stuff I'm asking you for help.

 

I need to make form on site, which then will create pdf file from template, and send it thru mail to user and myself. (without the use of mail client preferably).
