October 15, 200917 yr Need help with the survey on my website- here's the link to the page: http://www.animalrescuefriends.org/caninesurvey as you can see after filling out the form, it just leads to a lot of mumbo jumbo. also need help with pull-down menu at the top of the page. I want for visitors to be able to put their email down and hit a submit button for them to be able to be added to a mailing list. Didnt have the slightest idea on how to make this happen, so please help!

October 16, 200917 yr It looks like you're echoing out PHP code ("mumbo jumbo") as text hence some of the source code is appearing in your webpage. Check that you haven't accidentally closed a PHP tag too early.
