Have a look at my siteMy link most of it is in div a but not sure whether i can or need to get rid of the the only table holding the icons in my page structure othereby decreasing loading time ??or should i keep it?though i havent tried yet i think absolute positioning of div will wrk

I'm inclined to say "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

 

The table is too small to have any effect on load times.

 

Learn CSS for your next website, and preferably use position: relative (or just don't state a position) instead of position: absolute.
