ok so i have my site www.keithadamsphotography.co.uk and on a the wedding and about pages there is text but its a graphic i now want to put text in instead of the graphic i am trying to edit it in dreamweaver but as a noob struggling like a beached whale.

 

please help i can get rid of the graphic just cant type over

Would help if you posted some code, not all of it, just enough to tell what's going on with your image. I would of thought you just remove the image and put text in it's place. Looking at your code in firebug it's extremely messy to me, can't make head no tail of it m8.

also i delete the image and try to type over but the text appears to be in the background

What you can try to do is retain the leaf graphic backrground since its in png. Set the leaf as a background image in your CSS as a container div. And inside the container div, create another div where you can type in the html text. I think the reason why the previous designer made the text as image is because the font style cannot be achieved thru html. I may be wrong but that's what I think.
