Of course, we all know that there are disreputable companies out there…..well, add this one to your list. DO NOT use Nutronic / e-commerce123 for any web design work.

 

Orally, they will promise a completion date. They will even offer this in writing. BUT when (inevitably) this isn’t kept to, they will point to their Ts & Cs ,which are worded to NOT guarantee any completion date.

 

This user experienced an initial (agreed in writing) completion date of 3 weeks turning into almost 3 months!

 

If you decide to move your hosting…beware….even though no charge will be mentioned in your agreement, the Ts & Cs (which, according to the company, surpass any other written agreements) mention an unspecified admin fee which could be ANY amount!!! They get to choose!!!

 

Their hosting is THREE times as expensive as most companies I approached.

 

In conclusion…a company QUICK to accept your money, but not so quick to deliver. Also a company that uses it’s Ts & Cs as a ‘get out of jail free’ card when things don’t go their way.
