how to position footer on each page

Featured Replies

Do you mean how to include the same footer on each page without having to keep copying and pasting the same code, if so: php or ssi includes..

Or do you mean the actual positioning on the page ?

Hi, its the positioning of the information / contact details at the bottom of each page that I am having trouble with

You haven't included your galleria and style css files on your other two pages that is why they are not styled correctly.

You need to include this inside the <head> tags of all your pages I think ( Haven't looked at your actual stylesheets to see where the positioning rules are but I assume they are in there somewhere )

<link href="galleria.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen">
<link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen">

Thanks for the response James, i had included my stylesheets though. It is because I am using tables on some (using the style.css) which I have created. The gallery pages however I have downloaded (using the galleria.css) so Im not sure how these have positioned the "information" footer due to my knowledge of building websites not being very advanced!

Hi

just had a quick look

if you copy your <div class="info"> details and paste it after your closing </table> tag on your home page that might work

Pat

Ok maybe this is your problem:

http://www.artandescape.com/web/style.css

http://www.artandescape.com/style.css

Are the URL's your code for "http://www.artandesc.../stuartbio.html" says but if you try and go to them I get a 404 Page not Found ?

Edit:

Ok you just fixed it, well done :)
