Spacing in menu bar

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm designing a new Website and would like to have a menu bar whereby each of the menu items stretch across the bar at the top and are the same width apart.

My test website is at http://www.railwaysonline.co.uk and you can see my menu. What I want is to know how I space it out so everything is everything's evenly spaced and fills the entire menu width. I've tried tables which don't work and I really don't know what to do!

Regards,

'Wickham' basically has what I'm looking for but I'm struggling to get it to fit to my site; I need it to be 80% of the way across and I have 7 menu items, not 4 and need it to be centre aligned!
