I'm using the lavalamp jquery and none of those links go to the associated page (note not all pages are uploaded <about us pages is>)

 

any ideas what i've missed...i think it's probably the jquery i've litteraly copy and pasted it not changed anything

I looked at your site and the About Us is working properly. It looks like the other links should work OK if the pages are there.

If there is a specific link that you know the page is there but is not working let me know via this post and I'll take a look.

Here is the same thing, all the links work properly, try cleannig your cache, I don't know if it can help. I visualized in Firefox 3.5.
