Great website's popped up which I'm really enjoying - doctype.com. Users that are having trouble with their coding post up a question, that can be accompanied with screenshots and source codes, and then the community suggest answers.

 

These answers can then each be deemed at a 'Great answer' or 'Not helpful', and the answers will move up the ladder accordingly.

 

It's a brilliant way to funnel great advice from some really talented people, and also it feels great to help people out when they're in a rut.

 

So that's my recommendation!
