You might need to find a way to vet what gets uploaded. On your top ten list I saw a few, shall we say, not legal files. Could get you into a lot of trouble if you are hosting the files.

Logo is fine, the main menu style and the file upload background image can be improved. by the way, you need to fix the user online section. it shifts to the very left (in Firefox 3).
