Hi every body,

I decided to change my portfolio.

here is first sketch, What do you think?

it is really just the beginning, and it will be flashy as well.

please be harsh in your reviews, no mercy! ... :acute:

Looks original and unique, way to go! The paper airplane and the 'waves' separating the main area and the footer area look superb.

-In my opinion, the palm tree looks like it has an inner shadow effect and looks (as I say it) "photoshoppy". Perhaps play around with that or make a second palm tree with less opacity to keep an effect on it.

-The h1 is nice, but I'm not a big fan of the stroke on it. Maybe try removing it and giving it a lighter color. The nav text is alright, but I don't find they're a bit bold for the nav bar images.

-Try making the nav bar items have a more subtle drop shadow

-On the SEO side, keep an eye out when you script it regarding the "Home | Email Me" buttons. If the bottom footer area is white, and Google detects white text in the webpage, you may be penalized. Also, Matt Cutts revealed that putting a near-white color is actually worse than making it the same color as the background.

Good luck!
