No, but feel free to ask.

Although if their templates are coded like their homepage is, i'd avoid them.

Its about the ethical aspect..

It is unlimited web templates for $60 :)

So do you think I can use the templates to make websites for my clients offering exclusive and unique designs?

Or I should actually let my clients know that I am using web templates to build a website?

I am not that good with coding but what have I missed?

They use code that was cool in the 90's, but is not up to modern standards.

They're also using tags that were depreciated a while ago, tags which no longer should be used, and may have issues working on newer products.

I'd have a look if their are any other template 'clubs' around, i've seen a few for platforms like wordpress, whilst having limited amounts of templates, they're all up to standards (like woothemes).

So their must be others.

It's not exclusive or unique so i wouldn't tell them that, if you want to tell them you're using templates, you can, you'll probably need to spin it in a positive light though, or you can just neglect to mention. However, if they ask, always be honest (or do it politician style, and just be economical with the truth).
