Please forgive me if this is a stupid question!

 

I have been searching for relevent links to add to my links page. Most ask you to add some code to your page, ok so far, but before you can confirm the link they need perform a search to check the code is in place. This means adding the code to the page going to ftp upload etc. every time, is there an easier way?
