(JOKE ) Seriously though, I dont know how anyone could be happy with a site knowing that they did not create it themselves, how could you be pleased with a site knowing you ripped it off someone else. So how do you deal with this, Get them booted from their servers?

Most of them were thick enough to copy my whole site along with the analytics code which continued to send data back to my account. It's allowed me to find sites within days of them first appearing elsewhere on the web and usually long before they get indexed. From Google Analytics select Visitors > Network Properties > Hostnames to see where the code is being hosted. I also found one using http://www.copyscape.com/ but this is only effective if it is indexed and the text is the same.

Contact them and tell them to remove it immediatly, and if they don't contact the host and tell them to take it down. The hosts are usually breaking the law by hosting copyrighted content but unfortunately Chinese and Russian hosts have a bad reputation for actually doing anything about this.
