Does anyone know of a good php form generator

Featured Replies

I am looking for a good php form generator to create contact forms. Most of the ones I have found online seem to offer what I want in terms of functionality but they all come with templates defining how they look (they also all seem to use tables for layout). They also all seem to use their own servers for the form processing.

I am after a tool that will generate a form with the options to add radio buttons or check boxes etc/ Then, when the form is generated it gives you all the files you need for upload to your own servers. I then want to style the form myself using css.

I am familiar with HTML and CSS so just want the programming side of things done for me?

I have just been looking at 123 Contact Forms which is Ok but it uses tables and does not let you host the form on the your own servers.

Any ideas??

Thanks

use phpmailer .... free download (4 files) and you can customise how you want, its stored as php files and you can change anything how you want,
