Dynamically Changing Text

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am trying to find out how to have text that changes in a duration of about 30 seconds using a fade in and out effect.

Generally I am thinking of a script that gets information from a text or XML file....This is the scenario:

I have a couple of text advertisments that I have to place on a site and I need them to fade in and out after a duration of 30 seconds. Creating images with a transparent background be a hurdle since the text advertisments are many.

Help Anyone? :-)

just set up a random # generator with php, then give each advert a number then, when the page is displayed it will do a # generation and display the advert with the # chosen

you can then add a fade out effect using css and javascript
