This is a Free-Online-emags website where users can download magazines like PC world,Mac World and such for free and the files are hosted on rapid share.

First impressions...

 

1) My eyes are drawn firstly to the large distracting advertisement banner

2) I'm irritated by the "All magazines are hosted on Rapidshare:" text position left of the centralised content

3) Having difficulty reading magazine titles and viewing cover properly (I am tired..)

4) Content (Magazine images and subtitles) seems to merge together and it difficult to interperit

5) Looks like a spam site that I have ended up at by accidently clicking a link in an email

 

It's not an easy layout to get right as each cover image contains a lot of small detail which is difficult for users to focus on.

I would personally use larger images like here: http://www.tylerlee.net/magcovers/mcc_index.htm but would probably

lay the content out vertically like this as I find it much easier to read: http://www.magazine.org/asme/top_40_covers

 

You could do two magazines per row maybe.

Hi, agree with above comment, also I think you should have more attractive design for header and layout. ^ ^
