Using Visual studio to create a site for a client but need to build a public class, but the templates to build them in are missing

 

when i right click on app_data folder i get the choice of a xml file, text file or sql file...... where as i need a class file for .vb

 

anyone know another way to build the classes? can i build them in a normal .aspx file the move to the app_data folder afterwards?

 

or anywhere i can download the templates also?
