picture help?

Featured Replies

ive got a picture of a car but its a photo so i dnt want all the back ground on it, is their a program out their to help me so that i can just get the car in the pic ive tried in paint shop pro and just erasing the back ground but the car is left quiet rugged round the edges

any ideas?

thanks

Not sure what tools Paint shop pro has but if it was me I would use photoshop and use the lasso tool to select the car then delete the background.

depends what the background is? if its a solid colour you could use the wand tool in ine click?

Like I said I dont know about paint shop pro but I would think it has a similar tool as the lasso in Photoshop?

or try using Gimp. its free and I understand it has alot of great functions.

Hope that helps a bit?

(Probably dosen't!)

Like tobo i don't use PSP. However, I found this tutorial on using masks to remove an object from its background. I don't know what version you're using or what version of PSP this tutorial is for, but it may work!
