Very Nice Design and layout. I think the colours are different but still work well together. Your logo is used quite a bit which will help the website for branding. The navigation on the top looks good but we would have to see the site live to tell you about usability. The general layout of the site seems good.

The only thing I instantly wasn't sure of is the bright blue colour - it reminds me of the default link blue you get on unstyled websites. I'd try a green/blue like #006699 it goes really well with black and grey I usually find.

I think it looks great, really good layout, but I agree that I would need to see it live for a better look

Just the general bright blue colour (in the logo, etc) it might be be personal preference though :) I'm not a bright blue fan!
